It is said that all the love and hate in the world came from a single tree, and from this tree bore a fruit, at the bottom of the tree one day a man and his wife were sitting underneath, they noticed on the outer branch a fruit, the couple immediately went up to eat the fruit, once consumed there was only the seeds left. Instead of planting them, the couple placed them in a box. They buried it under the tree, selfishly never wanting anyone to taste the same fruit as they did. The box was sealed and the tree was burned down to ensure that never again would they have to share. The tree was sacred and the villagers were told never to go near the tree, as such others who witnessed the burning seriously punished the two. They killed them for there transgression by hanging them, there bodies were barred at the place of the tree. But they did not stay dead. The man Gai gained great physical powers from the fruit he consumed and became an eternal demon. The woman Toe as well gained powers hers were more magical in nature the two transcended death, broke out of there graves, and then completely demolished the town. They left the seeds in the ground. And went about the land causing torment, known as the Gai-Toe union they killed many and tortured many more. They took out not only the people, animals, and villages but they completely destroyed the geographical landscape, what was once a lavished paradise with waterfalls, lakes, rivers, grassy meadows, and marvels of nature that can never be recreated disappeared from existence the ground was turned the soil torched and unable to be re-build upon. The paradise had changed into a desert wasteland. The two disappeared into the newly created chaotic landscape. There were seven seeds they had placed in the box, each with extraordinary power, legend has it that once a seed is eaten it is melded with the consumer’s body and only upon the user’s death will it be released, upon death the seed will fall from its user’s body and break in half and the power of the seed will be divided equally among the remaining seeds. That, is the story of Gai-Toe and the Seven Demon Seeds.
