Ryan’s chain mail had gotten so hot it was burning into his flesh. He immediately ripped it off, and threw it to the ground.
Matt: “I was told that you had been placed in a weakened state since the chaos attack”
Ryan: “damn it… you’re just a henchman, I’m not going to die to a worthless henchman!”
Matt: “now now, I am no mere henchman, no more then you are a common thug. You are a hero, and I am a villain.”
Ryan’s skin had taken heavy punishment, his clothing has been dissolved luckily his reproductive organs were covered. The flame was removed from around him, Ryan looked eye to eye with Matt.
Ryan: “you were one of the reason’s we lost Richard? You’re happy Philip’s dead? Was it you’re command to send the waves of monsters to kill thousands?!”
Matt: “not my hand no, but I am oh so great full that two of your team has been put out of action, there were six, now down to four… actually by now, you two should be the only two left.”
Ryan: “…what do you mean by that?”
Matt: “think logically here, if we had an orc army surrounding a city, why would we let word gets out about it? So that help could come?”
Ryan: “to cause chaos and confusion…”
Matt: “that’s part of it… but we have been aware of a plan to go cross dimensionally for help. A seer said that the ones they brought with them would be decedents of the Mystics. And so we squashed you as soon as we could.”
Ryan: “AHHHHHHHHHH”
Matt: “the burns hurt do th…ey where your goi….ng there’s going to be a…. hole lot o………f fir……e”
Ryan was clenching his fists to try and hold off the pain over his body, Matt fell to the floor and a large black substance was seeping out threw his body. it was quickly tossed away, and the young skinny boy formed out of it.
Unknown: “I see you have something to show for yourself. Very nice.”
The shadow extended over into the horse and after all that it finally woke up.
Unknown: “I suppose setting the forest on fire was a good move to make after all...”
The horse ran at Matt and he raised his hand so hit knuckles smashed under its jaw sending the horse flying high up into the sky. He dashed at the skinny man, but as he got there Matt’s target had transformed himself into a shadow and was now circling around Matt tightly.
Unknown: “the legendary Fox… legends… who needs legends…”
Barely able to escape from the entanglement of shadows he ran over grabbed Ryan, and began running back to Alakor. The shadow chased him along the ground, so he jumped on top of a few trees and ran that way, but the shadow followed much in the same way it preformed its initial attack, flying threw the air, still attached to its original position, a thin line of darkness followed Matt. the Horse fell down from the sky, falling right threw the floating shadow, cutting it off, in mid air. The shadow re-formed as the young boy.
Unknown: “I wasn’t expecting him to be so strong. To actually cancel out my control techniques, Genii may even struggle with this one.”
The unknown shadow wielder stood there, next too the carriage and the two sides of burning forestry. Watching as Matt and Ryan ran off.
Unknown: “I’ll see you in town.”
